SHIPPING POLICY

All the products purchased from gaurinath.com are shipped via reliable courier/postage services within 1-2 days of purchase. The shipping charges for purchased products depend on the volume.

The standard delivery procedure takes 5-7 working days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped we'll send you an email with the Tracking Number, Courier & AWB No, and Expected Date of Delivery. You can track the status at the relevant courier service website. In unusual cases, delays in delivery might occur due to delays in customs clearance, delays of flights, unavailability of ordered items and other unmanageable conditions. Nevertheless, we always try our level best to make sure the delivery is within mentioned time.

RETURN POLICY

Eligible

  1.  You received a faulty/defective item

  2.  You received a physically damaged item

  3. You are unhappy with the item quality

  4. The item is different from the description on the website

 

Not Eligible

  1. Items that have been used/consumed/washed/soiled

  2. Items which were sold under any special offer, combos/sets, or hampers are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items

  3. Seal open puja items cannot be returned in case not happy with the item as they can’t be resold

  4. In case of defective damaged goods return, repair and replacement policy will apply.


Terms & Conditions
 

  1. Items must be in their original condition and within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item the complaint has to be reported to our customer care center.

  2. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted.

  3. Brand packaging should be intact.

  4. The Brand's policy shall apply to specific branded items. We source branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.

  5. Replacements will be made basis the availability of that item on the website.

PAYMENT METHOD

Please note the followings: 
 

  1. Customers can opt for of COD facility for those items only that are available for purchase with COD as a payment option.
     

  2. The buyer should provide a valid address, pin code, and verified contact number to us where the products will be shipped. 
     

  3. We’ll confirm your order by giving you a call/message once you have selected the Cash on Delivery option. 
     

  4. The courier company will get in touch with the buyer to confirm the delivery date and time. The purchaser should ensure his/her availability at the time of delivery along with the transaction amount in cash.
